ART IN DISTILLERY
The magnificent corridors of the Mazzetti d’Altavilla company hosted the personal exhibition of the artist Luca Dall’Olio, one of the greatest exponents of “Magic Realism”.
The exhibition, under the title "Spirit, dream and art", contains new and old works, able to represent and express the artistic maturity of its creator through enchanted landscapes and cities. The revised landscapes of Dall'Olio pay homage to the concept of dream, a fantasy world where the continual desire for light-heartedness is represented by wide views of mountains and flat expanses, inhabited by trees dressed in various colors, on a colorful sky that merges with the sea.

Incanto di un paesaggio mediterraneo ricoperto da infiniti cieli stellati, la Luna paziente che ci accompagna sempre nella notte conosce i nostri più intimi segreti.
Dal mare sorgono piccole isole su cui sono edificati castelli e fortezze, dimore di principi e regine, che servivano a difendersi dagli attacchi dei nemici; piccoli borghi a misura d’uomo, dove mi piacerebbe vivere, circondati da vegetazione rigogliosa e strade da percorrere con la fantasia.

IL VITTORIALE
While the first world war was dividing Europe, Gabriele D'Annunzio was flying above Vienna, It was on the 9th of August (1918).
His target was to drop 40.000 flyers to invite citizien to give up: “Viva la libertà, l’Italia, l’intesa!” ("Freedom, Italy and the agreement").
Starting from this event, the painter Luca Dall'Olio encase the Vate's typical iconography in his artwork “Volo sul Vittoriale”; first of all the Vittoriale, and then MAS96, l'Ansaldo SVA, the Republic of Carnaro and the Isotta Fraschini( female name for D'Annunzio's bolide).
Very famous is the answer when the Vate received a Fiat 509 from Giovanni Agnelli in 1926: "Dear Senator, while he was coming back from his vacancy in Desenzano with Your car, It seems to me to solve the discussion we had about sex. This Cas is female. This is pretty, streamlined and It has the vivacity of a seductress: It also has an unknown virtue to women, the perfect obedience. On the other hand, It has has the casual ease to overcome any roughness. Inclinata progreditur(Swinging is progressing.)”
The artwork is preserved in the Vittoriale degli Italiani as a gift from Club 41 - Italy

From June 16 to 24 the personal exhibition of Luca Dall’Olio was held at the Conference Room of the Agricultural and Ricci Curbastro Museum, in Capriolo.
“I PAESAGGI DELL’ANIMA”
The personal exhibition of Luca Dall’Olio, sponsored by the Municipality of Monte Argentario and curated by Alberto D’Atanasio, was held at the Spanish Fortress of Porto Santo Stefano. The artist's works, combining form and color, combine two essential aspects: landscapes and cities are both representative subjects and represented objects. The representation becomes the synthesis of a dream, a diurnal illusion, a past reality that comes back to life through the memories and feelings that the work arouses in the observer.

ALBENGA EXPO
The exhibition of the Brescia painter Luca Dall’Olio was held at Palazzo Oddo, a mature artist both from a registry and professional point of view, according to Vittorio Sgarbi “a painter who knew how to keep the childhood enchantment intact”. Drawings of children and works of artists flank the Museum of Santa Giulia in the exhibition "il disebocchio", curated by Alberto D’Atanasio. The visit itinerary unfolds in the spaces of the suggestive UNESCO site of the Santa Giulia Museum; a journey that qualifies the simple scribble, produced by the boys distractedly, transforming it into an expressive mode on the border between something illegible and shapes that the eye recognizes. The simple lines, close in their essence to graffiti, imprinted by children on newspapers or phone books, become the manifesto of memories, feelings, hopes, angers, desires and cries never shouted.

PALIO DI CHIARI FLAG
To recall the threads of memory and deliver a work inspired by the Quadre on the occasion of the Palio, the painter Luca Dall’Olio visited shrines, sacred places, monumental and trivial spaces of the city of Chiari. The result was a work that was presented on the eve of the Palio: a Chiari with dreamy, dreamlike, sweet and positive landscapes. In conjunction with the event, a personal exhibition was inaugurated, curated by Paolo Capelletti and entitled "The enchantment of correspondences". SIGURTÀ GARDEN
At Parco Giardino Sigurtà(Sigurtà Garden), or the second consecutive year, the third day of the "International Geography Festival - the man, the environment, the resources" was hosted, an event created by the journalist Paolo Gila and dedicated to the memory of Girolamo Fracastoro.
Prof. Luca Dall’Olio, lecturer of the SantaGiulia Academy Painting course, developed on the theme “Nature and Art: Landscapes of the Soul”. Starting from the constant dialogue between images and thoughts, he has reached his most intimate sphere in the relationship between nature and art.

MEETING BETWEEN OIL AND THE CHILDREN OF THE "MARTIRI LIBERTÀ" COMPREHENSIVE INSTITUTE
Luca Dall’Olio met the group of 5-year-old children to build together a “new enchanted country”. The goal was to start implementing a great design to be placed on the walls. The children have analyzed and discovered the buildings and the highlights that appear in the palio created by the artist for the city of Chiari on the occasion of the annual event of the "Palio delle Quadre". The children met the painter last year on the occasion of the exhibition of his works "L'incanto delle correspondenze" at the Morcelli - Repossi Foundation. Mastery, affability, sympathy, competence and artistic genius immediately won the curiosity of the children present, stimulating their imagination. The experience undertaken will continue in the coming days.
